Project Management
 
SRC is associated with an Engineering group for the Pharma Project design, execution, and related areas of projects management.

We are giving one stop solution for project design, construction, supply and installation of production equipments and utilities, installation of HVAC, wall panelling, qualifications and validations activities. Once these are in place, we design and implement Quality Management Systems.

We will train the relevant personnel for the equipment operation and establish quality systems.

This model is on the principles of Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT).

We even undertake entire plant maintenance on contract basis.
